Loan car was available to me. Staff were friendly, helpful and professional. Everything that needed done was done in one visit. Car was washed, cleaned and ready on time.
On 4th September (Last Friday) I brought my car (a Holden Barina) to your service centre at Hillcrest for a service. This is the 1st time I have had the car serviced since I bought it (2nd hand) and it is the 1st time I have had any car serviced at Jarvis, Hillcrest.
The purpose of this email is to formally acknowledge the professionalism, efficiency and courteous service that I received when dropping the car off and once I picked it up again later that afternoon. In particularly I would like to acknowledge your staff member whose name I have now had confirmed to be Adam DIMECH. Despite Adam being busy with another customer he took the time to acknowledge that I was there and assure me that I would be seen to shortly. Furthermore, once he attended to me, he didn't just take the keys and tell me what time to pick the car up, he took the time to speak with me about any concerns I had with the car and seemed to go out of his way to organise a suitable time for me to pick the car up.
On picking the car up later that afternoon, I was once again greeted by Adam who fully explained the service and other work that had been done. I found his mannerism extremely pleasant and helpful and he obviously has an in depth knowledge of his job. He even gave me advice about the next car that I buy (which will be to the benefit of Jarvis Ford thanks to his advice)
I have pleasure (and sadness to a degree) of saying that this is the best customer service I have ever received when I have taken any of my cars to be serviced. I know people are busy but it was a very pleasant surprise to meet someone who was prepared to spend a bit of time with you rather than getting you out of the door as quickly as possible.
I guess I make a big deal out of this because I am still a little 'old school' whereby I believe most places have lost the ability to value customers. Your department obviously hasn't lost those values.
The service was fantastic, Peter, Tony and Rina really went all out to make sure I was comfortable about the whole purhcase, they answered any questions that I had, and the coffee machine is great!! And the car is fantastic!

Exceptionally good service quality, neat, clean with a much better on road confidence boost. Plus front of house service was unbelievable - I felt like I drove in with a Rolls Royce. A really good team with very individual treatment.

Sir, I write to tell you of my pleasure and satisfaction with the service I received at the Jarvis Ford Hillcrest on Tuesday 11th. At the time I complimented the manager on the expeditious way that I was greeted and taken to meet John Reissenwebber who handled my service needs.
I think the introduction of a concierge to meet customers is both innovative and welcome and the follow up phone call to enquire about my satisfaction was very gratifying.
Finally I would ask you to convey these sentiments to all the staff at Hillcrest for a job well done.
I am extremely satisfied with the customer service offered by Jarvis Toyota, in particular with the Manager "Darren" who was very flexible and consultative in dealing with the issues relating to my vehicle.

All staff were very friendly and helpful and knowlegdable about the cars. There was also no "hard sell". While they obviously wanted to get the deal over the line, they were never pushy or over bearing.
Always finished on time, everything explained, very professional and friendly staff. Love being able to wait in your lovely waiting area as I live far away in North Adelaide. Because I travel between Canberra and Adelaide my car is always thoroughly coated with insects etc and each time it is in for service they very kindly clean it so that it looks like new, without even being asked to... outstanding service... thank you!!

We looked around very throughly before we came to you. We were really pleased with our sales person John. I know it's his job but everything we asked he did cheerfully and nothing was too difficult. He was very obliging.
